I’ve been training with Darren for a while. I like his coaching style and programming. He somehow gets the best out of me, even when I’m being stubborn and not willing to change. FAVOURITE MOVEMENT? Bench press of course - simple and no skill required. WHY DO YOU TRAIN? I train because I wouldn’t know what else to do! I’ve been in the gym environment for 22 years so I don’t really know any different. But I do enjoy the stress relief, feeling fit, strong and spending time with like minded people.
