25.01.2022 3-DAY LOCKDOWN: Due to the announcement this morning we will enter a strict three day lockdown from 6pm tonight until 6pm on Monday. Please note the following changes: FRIDAY (today) 5:00PM CLASS MOVED TO 4:00PM : get that last session in and get home before lockdown SATURDAY 6:00AM CLASS CANCELLED: We will have an at-home workout for you guys to smash out! So get involved and get a workout in!... MONDAY ALL-CLASSES CANCELLED: Again we will post a workout you can do at home! Turn off Netflix, get out of your pyjamas and smash it out! Regular timetable resumes Tuesday and we’ll get back into it
