I’m Ariel, owner of CrossFit Byron Bay and certified L2 CrossFit Trainer Back in 2011, after the birth of my eldest son, I started doing CrossFit because I reaaaaally wanted to get a muscle up and I fell in love with the methodology that made me feel strong, skilled and fit. It may have taken me five years (and two more babies) but I eventually got a muscle up! Currently I am the woman behind the ca...mera, social media, enquiries, administration and am coaching most of the classes each week. I love to help people realise their physical potential and I specialise in pre and post partum fitness. This year has been challenging for everyone and it’s been a delight to help keep our local community and extended wanderlust community healthy.
