22.01.2022 A huge thank you to everyone that attended Tommy's fundraiser today, I am so proud of our community! The support shown from many far and wide was heart warming and inspirational. Thank you to Elisha who wrote Tommy's wod and helped run the morning smoothly. Also a big thank you to those businesses who donated raffle prizes - including Dan Carpenter, Intersport Yeppoon and Cocomo Express. With your help Tommy's rent will be paid and he will be able to concentrate on getting ...better over the next few weeks. To tommy, We are so glad you are still here. You are a valued member of our community but more importantly you are my friend. Take it easy and get well soon! I need help putting my gear away!

21.01.2022 Congratulations to two of our Masters Athletes who recently completed a gruelling 85min final for the Masters HQ Comp. Top 5 Australian RX athletes have qualified for the 2020/21 International Functional Fitness Federation - IF3 Masters world Championships held in Lisbon, Portugal!
