25.01.2022 CrossFit Gladstone is happy to announce that we will now be offering one on one session! These sessions are for those who would like to reach their fitness goals, improve on specific movements or improve on your overall health and we will be here to help every step of the way The first session will include a consultation regarding your fitness goals and what we will be working towards during your session/s. After this will go through movements so a program can be developed... specific to your fitness goals. If you would like to jump straight into your first session you can message our Facebook page directly about your goals. 45 minute and 60 minute sessions will be available to book in to, to suit your availability. 11.01.2022 A phenomenal effort by Eleni this week Putting in the effort to work on her running and double unders and it payed off. Lifting heavy weights is a strength for Eleni but movements like running and double unders are areas to work towards improving. And major improvements have already been seen, focusing on breathing during running and some technique work on double unders goes a long way. Keep working away at weaknesses until they become your strength

We want to build your confidence in the small things and big things. This could include extending your knowledge in movements so you have the confidence to trial out a fitness class or practicing a movement you have wanted to get for so long.
