25.01.2022 This year coming out of COVID I decided to start a seniors class with the help of Scott Richardson and Kearstin Caine. We had no idea how successful it was go...ing to be. Our pumping seniors class now runs 2 days a week with numbers above anything we could have hoped for. These ladies have come so far and their confidence and wellness is improving every week. Today they wrote and sang to me a workout Christmas carol.. yes they made me cry lol.. flowers gifts and cards thanking me for making a difference... I love what I do and today was a reminder just how much so thank you beautiful ladies you are all the best Christmas gift Merry Christmas

16.01.2022 THANK YOU! Over 60 athletes through the doors and trained today!! We are so grateful to welcome many out of town visitors to our humble CrossFit box, and we’re so proud of our wonderfully accommodating regular members for making all our newcomers feel at home. Our hats off to you all.
