24.01.2022 Only 2 more weeks of holidays left!! There is still time to sign up for our term 1 program that will be kicking off Monday January 22nd. We have spots available for kids from 5 years of age up to 14 years. Classes run Monday, Tuesday and Friday afternoons from 3.45pm. Every class is completely different from the next and movements can always be changed or modified to suit all different abilities of participants. All classes focus on a wide range of key fitness principles and ...gross motor skills such as balance, coordination, endurance, agility, speed and strength, just to name a few. 14.01.2022 Don't forget to bring your money in for the Christmas party. All money needed by FRIDAY NEXT WEEK! Feel free to leave it with another coach if I'm not around :) If you or your child only want to do one of the activities, that's totally possible. 14.01.2022 To say this girl works hard would be a huge understatement!! She comes in everyweek, never complains and gives everything 150%!! She had already walked nearly 25m during the workout, but I'd missed it every time so asked her to do it once more 4years of crossfit and she's not stopping anyone soon!

09.01.2022 Nick finishing off Annie Rx!! He crushed it!! And yes, he did do the entire 150 reps in just socks. Shoes dissapeared about 5 skips in when his laces came undone. Always triple knot your laces for Annie people!!

07.01.2022 What better way to see out 2017 then with Murph!! Well quarter murph. These guys smashed it!! So proud of your hard work today and everyday! Thank you to everyone who has helped make 2017 what it was. Thank you to all the parents, without you, there would be no one to even coach. Thank you to all the kids, past and present!! So incredibly proud of each and everyone of you! Thank you for always giving 110% every class. The progress, growth and development that I've seen in so...me of you since the start of the year is incredible. Cant wait to see what we can achieve in 2018!! Still one last celebration Sunday to happen!! Make sure you get there BEFORE 10am. We start at 10am and dont want to miss any of our allocated time. Merry Christmas everyone!
