12.01.2022 Repost @bit_busy_blog These were my burpees today... . Yeah and what of it? ... . Is what I had to tell myself really... . I have a pretty shitty foot right now and am not supposed to be doing anything plyometric... . Also I pretty much spent the entire day in bed yesterday....but thats a whole other story and no...its not fucking covid...its called mum downtime . Anyway..whats my point? . Sometimes your body isn't able to perform at its best...for whatever reason and so sometimes we just have to make do with what we've got. . It doesn't mean cherry pick and say "I don't want to do that" and use it as an excuse...becuase it can become a crutch.. . Sadly, we are still in lockdown with some ease to the restrictions as early as September 14. From September 14:... Exercise 2 hours daily - not all in one hit if you dont want to Still within a 5km radius 9pm curfew From September 28: If cases reach 30 - 50 cases over a 14 day period Outdoor exercise with a PT 2 : 1 ratio <--- is when I will see you guys at my home for sessions that you will need to book. From October 26: Daily average of cases in the last 14 days is 5 or less - state wide (yes you read that correctly) AND less than 5 cases with an unknown source in the last 14 days state wide. Restricted gym access- whatever that means Guys, myself and Kieran are here to support you guys when and where we can, please touch base with us if you need to chat about anything Now it is vital that you continue exercising to stay mentally upbeat. Take this time to focus on yourself, your weaknesses and everything you have ever wanted to work on Jump onto a Zoom sesh, touch base with me for a 1:1 zoom sesh for a chat, guidance, goal setting or whatever....I am here for you.
