18.01.2022 Easy stretch for ankle mobility that you can do at home with just a broomstick! Kneel on the floor with the broomstick in front of your front toes. Then with your heel flat on the floor lean your knee either side of the stick ~20 times. Easy as!

11.01.2022 Ever thought its too late to learn new tricks? Not Olivia! She has been working hard and learning new movements everyday! Her positive vibes make the class super fun and exciting and even better when she beats a PB! Lately Olivia has taken time to work on her skipping which she has never been able to do and even messaged a old friend from school: I can skip now!! Woohoo! its moments like these that make us so proud of her! If you ever want to see a good celebration, just come to one of Olivias classes! 08.01.2022 Coach Shannon How did you get Into CrossFit? Looking back now, I didn’t realised how depressed I was before CrossFit. I was just going to work, eating, drinking, sleeping and then Repeat! One day I jumped on the scales and it scared me so much I cried all day and asked my sister if I could come to one of her Personal training sessions to try it out. I loved it so much I wanted more and started with 2 PTs a week to help me get my goals My coach told me to come and try C...rossFit, so I did! I fell in love with CrossFit instantly! How could you not! Knowing that you’re surrounded by amazing people that will support you every step of the way is just incredible I use CrossFit to keep me fit, happy and healthy! It also helps me to perform well in gridiron. Learning to control my body and use explosive movements has helped me with some serious tackles and plays My #1 reason would be that CrossFit has taught me to love my body and it’s shown me that no matter how big or small you are, you will always be welcomed into CrossFit Long Haul

In his spare time between school and CrossFit, he loves to go downhill riding with his mates and have some adrenaline fun when he can! We love seeing Daniel try new movements and push his limits. Kylie has always had a love-hate relationship with the airbike but she has been challenging herself to push harder and now enjoys the airbike over the rower. 3. After having diabetes and needing to lose weight Marie decided that CrossFit long haul was the place to be. She has lost over 20+kgs and now maintaining her body weight and working on building strength. You will find speedy Gonzales Marie at our 9:30am classes setting a great example for our other members and always giving them someone to try and chase down! Age is no barrier for our Marie! Nothing will get in her way of a good workout
04.01.2022 Member appreciation post Stacey! Our little pocket Rocket! Stacey started with us just over 13 weeks ago. In this time, she set herself many challenges and goals. From day one Stacey shocked our coaches with her passion and motivation to keep going and push herself to get those goals! After finishing her 1on1 Personal training sessions with our coaches, she moved into classes. In her first few classes we threw many new challenges her way and she showed us she can conquer the world if she wanted to! Even conquering the hardest of weightlifting movements like the snatch! It looked like she had been secretly practicing for years. We love having Stacey at CFLH, shes always filled with good jokes, laughs, fun happy vibes and she knows how to celebrate
