23.01.2022 Hey Guys, This is an from Lily and I. You’ve probably heard that the footy club aren’t going to rent the gym out. Our next step is pretty daunting. We are going to hold an equipment sale next Saturday, so we need to pack up our gear. If anyone is available to help us out on Friday afternoon/evening or Saturday morning we would be extremely grateful. Let us know, Phil

01.01.2022 We've tried to tell as many of you "face-to-face" as possible, but in case we haven't yet here it is... CrossFit Mitchelton continues as a home gym and small group training facility at our house in Keperra, but the gym itself will not be reopening as CrossFit Mitchelton. This is not we wanted, but given the circumstances, this is the decision we saw as best for our family. At the moment we are fielding a few different options for what to do with the equipment. It is possible ...that a functional training facility will continue at the premises. It is also possible that we will sell all of the equipment individually. We know many of you are interested in buying equipment so we will let you know as soon as we can. We have met some amazing people and forged some friendships that will last a lifetime. The most special thing though, has been seeing a community develop around us that now transcends the physical place that is CrossFit Mitchelton. We have seen friendships form, relationships blossom, marriages, babies born and new generations of friendship through our kids. This cannot be taken away and will go on even after the gym is gone. I’m sure many of you will continue your friendships and forge new exciting bonds as you explore training options elsewhere. The thing we are MOST proud of is the fitness that has been achieved. It might seem strange to say it, but to us it is a huge deal. We fell in love with CrossFit over 10 years ago at an affiliate just like ours and it changed our lives forever. We are proud to know that our passion and commitment to improving ourselves physically has sparked a love of movement and a drive to achieve better in many of you. This you will carry with you for a lifetime and it WILL improve and extend your life. How cool is that!? We wish to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who walked through our doors over the years.
