12.01.2022 Member Monday’s Say Hi to the amazing @libbyrosegriffin.__ Libby Started CrossFit back in 2018 when She was 15 years old. ... She initially started CrossFit because She was looking for a challenge along with watching her dad do CrossFit classes and watching his Competitions which inspired her to give it a hot crack!! Her favourite movement is the barbell clean. Libby is looking to get stronger with her Olympic weightlifting and eventually hit higher numbers in those lifts!! Thank your fo being part of our community and it’s such a pleasure coaching a rising superstar!!!

Ash has turned up the heat with his Olympic weightlifting training with his new front squat PR and has also refined his technique with his consistency over the last couple of weeks!!... Congratulations ash on another great PR!! We love seeing you achieve your goals and everyone knows it’s business when you walk down that ramp onto the gym floor!!! Amazing work ash!!!



10.01.2022 Athlete Achievement!! A massive milestone today with the one and only Zack Attack!! Zack has been working around a shoulder injury over the past couple months and has had to scale back on certain movements. ... Scaling back gave Zack the chance to focus on perfecting his technique and timing with his snatch, which reaped a massive reward today as he PRd by a huge 7.5kg!! It’s amazing to see your hunger to always want to learn more and be better! Keep asking questions and we can’t wait to see all your new PRs in the new year!! It’s an absolute pleasure coaching you!!!

08.01.2022 Say hi to @shauntaavale1 Shaun has been training with us since we opened and has been working hard juggling his busy schedule of school work, music ensemble guitar and school sports but always finds time to make it to the gym. Shaun has been following our current squat strength cycle and has been able to achieve a new 1rm back squat of 95kg which is amazing considering he couldn’t make it to the gym that day so he trained in his garage after school and PRd!!! ... Great work Shaun, it’s amazing working closely with you and having you as part of our community!! We look forward to seeing many more personal records and watching you achieve your health and fitness goals!!
