25.01.2022 Member Mondays....Meet Nick. You will find him mainly at 9.15am or every now and then in the afternoon. Nick joined us back in June, after having some time away from CrossFit. He started CrossFit about 3 years ago to find a community and challenge himself more in workouts...so he is an absolute weapon now!... He loves deadlifts and cleans. Nick is aiming to get fitter and stronger through his journey with us. Nick its a pleasure to have you in the community with your positive attitude and sense of humour. We look forward to watching you progress!

25.01.2022 Athlete Achievements Christine joined the Revenant crew after the Covid lockout! She is with us religiously every week and has been showing constant improvements week in and week out. We didnt have a whiteboard big enough to write all her new PRs because she has been smashing her goals, but this one deserves a special mention as it wasnt a small increase, she increased her 2RM deadlift by over 5kg!!! ... The other thing we wanted to congratulate her on was this weeks hand stand push ups! All she needed was a few pointers and now she is upside down cycling through her reps! The smile on her face after the workout was one of the greatest moments as a coach. Massive congratulations Christine! We are so happy you joined the community and love watching you smash your goals cant wait for the next achievement!

24.01.2022 Nutrition is key! Congratulations @dadlife82 As most of you would have seen Rory is officially back as of last week! He had to take some unexpected time off from the gym. Which worked out to be 5 weeks in total! Welcome back buddy Rory decided to work on things he could control in his life, being his health and nutrition as he was unable to workout. Just over one year later and @rjpw84 has accomplished what many spend years dreaming of... the infamous muscle up! Ryan this is a result of your hard work, dedication, perseverance and positive attitude. To Ryan it was never I can’t do it, it was always I currently can’t.... these things don’t happen overnight but if you work towards them, like Ryan has proven, then you can make your goals a reality too! Congratulations again Ryan! Michelle has been doing CrossFit about 3.5 years now and originally started as wanted to get stronger and put on some muscle, as spent the years prior just doing cardio. 12.01.2022 Member Monday’s...Meet Dave! Dave started his CrossFit journey here with us, back at the start of September 2020. He started because he was bored of the normal commercial gym, he wanted something to re-ignite his training. You will find Dave usually at 5.30am and regularly at open gym in the afternoon working on his accessories.... Dave loves CrossFit for the group atmosphere and the fast paced high intensity workouts. Before @dboosh90 found CrossFit he was Powerlifting. So as you could imagine he loves anything with a barbell. Short term goal for him, has been to increase fitness/conditioning, which he has achieved. She started because she wanted to improve her daily functional activities and now there is no stopping her.... Di just recently achieved a huge 1km run in a WOD which had a time cap! This is truly AMAZING! We are so proud of you Di! Every work out you give 110% effort. You push yourself to finish every work out in the time cap given and If you dont, you never quit and you finish your WOD regardless! If you haven’t met Jo then make an effort to say hi to her, she is an amazing human, super funny and always see’s the best in any situation is always smiling too!
