24.01.2022 Last WOD for 2020. It really has been an interesting year. We have faced fires, being homeless, business shutdowns, zoom classes and endless cleaning and sanitizer. Although it has been challenging I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to grow with. This year we have also seen MASSIVE development from our adult, teen, Pre Teen and Kids programs. So many pbs set and new skills learnt. CrossFit Shoalhaven continued to be a positive in our members days. A huge THANKS to... my members and coaching team for your hard work, commitment and support. 18.01.2022 Congratulations to @petalarge for ticking off a major goal of pull ups. Peta has been working for months on getting that chin above the bar. She started with Ring Rows and Scap Pull ups (along with many other progressions) and then achieved a strict pull up followed by multiple strict pull ups. After a few drills on kipping she nailed 5 in a row!! Today she accumulated 90 beautiful pull ups in a workout. So damn proud of her!!! Ps - apologies on not getting a pic with the chin over the bar, but I was too damn excited and forgot
