25.01.2022 Banana & Walnut Bread Preheat oven to 165C 1/3 cup coconut oil... 1/2 cup maple syrup 2 eggs 3 bananas mashed 1/4 cup milk of choice (whisk wet ingredients well) 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon (ground) 1 tsp vanilla extract (add to wet ingredients and whisk together) 1 3/4 cups of flour of choice 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts (gently stir into wet ingredients) Place in oven and cook for 55 to 60 minutes #stayhumbleandfocused

22.01.2022 Banana and Oat Pancakes 4 Bananas 4 Eggs 1tsp Cinnamon... 1tsp Vanilla Essence 2 cups of Quick Oats Mash the bananas up, add the eggs and mix well. Add cinnamon, vanilla essence and quick oats and mix until combined. Cook in a frypan over low/medium heat until golden. So easy, and they can be frozen if you make a large batch. Can be great for kids snacks! #stayhumbleandfocused

18.01.2022 Raspberry ripe bites 1 1/4 cup shredded coconut 1 tbs rice malt syrup (or other liquid sweetener) 1 tbs coconut oil ... 1 tbs coconut cream 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen) 100 g 85% dark chocolate (can be sugar free, vegan ect) Line tray with being paper Add all ingredients (except chocolate) in a processor and blend until just combined Roll mixture into balls and freeze for 30 mins Melt chocolate, remove balls from freezer and roll them in the melted chocolate. 15.01.2022 Coconut lemon bliss balls (A quicker version of the lemon slice) - 1.5 c cashews ... - 1 c desiccated coconut - 6 medjool dates pitted - 1/3 c nut butter (I used peanut butter) - 1/4 c maple syrup - Lemon zest of 1 lemon - 1/2 lemon juiced - Pinch of salt - 1 tsp vanilla essence Method - Blend the cashews together until chopped into small pieces - Add all other ingredients and blend until combined - Roll into balls and cover in coconut #tmatreats #iamtma #stayhumbleandfocused
