25.01.2022 We are back! If everything goes well between now and June 21st we will be opening our doors back up on June 22nd! It’s been a tough time and there will still be lots of tough times ahead, but there is light at the end of the tunnel. Given this looks to be our opening date we will plan for it accordingly. Later in the week I will do a video on what it’s going to look like when we do, given the information we currently have. ... Remember we have come so far - and it’s up to all of us to make this work. 07.01.2022 Hey Team! Start date for VLT30 - This Weekend (March 7th and 8th) We will be introducing our new pilot program (at both locations) This will be our new 30min - VLT30 program. VLT30 SCHEDULE (for the month of March)... CITY: 9:30am (Saturdays and Sundays) AIRPORT WEST: 8:30am (Saturdays) 9:30am (Sundays) Book in now on Wodify! VLT30 IS FAST-PACED CONDITIONING! Our NEW 30 minute class, VLT 30, is fast paced and fun. Workouts combine simple bodyweight, gymnastics, and light lifting movements for a high-energy workout. Short, sweet, and super sweaty! No CrossFit experience required! This class is open to anyone looking for a challenging workout without the complex barbell movements. This will also be a great bridge for those that may have the goal of eventually graduating on to VLT60/CrossFit classes. We hope to have the VLT30 running as a great avenue for new members to become comfortable and assimilated in a group fitness environment. This program is also great while on the road, or as an added class to the VLT60 workouts. This condensed timeline will focus on the 9 foundational movement patterns, found in our VLT60 classes (with DBs or KBs). It will cover a time span of 6 months with a monthly focus, two benchmark workouts each month, and then repeat at the 6-month mark. We are going to pilot the program every Saturday and Sunday at both facilities for the entire month of March. If it runs well and we are happy with the 30min format then we we will have it on a regular rotation in April with the goal of having it running 7 days a week at both facilities. If the demand is there we will also look at potentially running so extra classes after the first two weeks of it’s introduction. During the first pilot month you are welcome to bring along family and friends to try it out and see what the class or CrossFit is all about. If you are interested in bringing anyone along please shoot us an email or leave a comment to let us plan ahead in regards to class numbers. I hope this helps to explain the program a little more.
