13.01.2022 Hey Crew! Have you met Rich in any of your WODs or sessions? Rich joined as a CF member when we took over in 2019 and lucky for us is also a Chiropractor right here in Warragul. ... Our team has hooked up with Rich and are personally working with him to help us achieve some goals too to be pain free in movements and smash some new goals! As part of this awesome hook up we’ve scored you some bonuses too. Rich is going to be offering his Chiro services right here onsite at CFW in the upstairs room. He is currently available at these times, and if they don’t work for you, hit him up at his private practice at Warragul Natural Health. - Tuesday 5:30AM 8:30AM - Friday 4:30PM 6:30PM Rich is giving you all discounted treatments. Yew! You’ll need a newbie appointment first up that’s 45minutes at $100 (usually $130 for non CFs) and then you can see him return for tune ups, that’s 15minutes at $55 (usually $65). Rich is a Chiropractor with 5 years of formal training. He has clinical experience working with athletes and his favourite team to work with has been the Fitzroy Stars Football and Netball Club. Can we update this and become his new favourite sports crew to treat?! We say hell yeah! Rich and our Coaches are happy to collaborate too so you can get the most out of your treatments and your classes and stay consistent across the board to smash some new goals. Make sure you ask them to collaborate if you’re keen to get on board with this partnership. Excited for comps to come back? Us too. Rich is looking forward to joining us at events to add physical support services to our members such as taping, stretching, mobilisations and anything else that may give us the edge over the competition Also Rich offers more than just ‘cracking’. So if the whole Chiro+Cracking thing has been holding you back (pardon the pun LEL), hit him up for a chat first (he loves a yarn) and he can always tailor treatment to work for you.
