This upgrade made their system flexible, scalable, and manageable with centralised configuration, development, and backups. 11.01.2022 Meet Ben, our Electrical Manager, based in Somersby, NSW. He started over 11 years ago with Borg Manufacturing as an apprentice electrician. During that time, Ben grew to become a team leader and supervisor of a rapidly growing electrical division. This meant taking the onsite lead role of projects at Somersby, Charmhaven and Oberon, which he is most proud of. 08.01.2022 The Crossmuller Manufacturing team have engineered ten dust extraction bins, assisting businesses in meeting their sustainable waste policies. These multi-purpose hook lift bins hold waste material which can be transported to be re-manufactured. Once the waste material is shipped to their facility, the bin can be loaded with product for the return trip, allowed by side doors and internal tie-down points. By utilising valuable space and by eliminating waste, this assists in reducing carbon emissions.

08.01.2022 Crossmuller completed commissioning two turnkey Wemhoner Short Cycle Press lines for Borg Manufacturing at their plant in Somersby, NSW. These press lines are designed to handle quicker machine configuration changes which allows for more efficient operation on smaller production runs. One of the key features of this project was the seamless integration between the press infeed, outfeed and the warehousing system.
