23.01.2022 Hi everyone, I have tested Zoom with a number of clients who want to continue doing pilates. We had a few minor issues but managed to work through them while we were all online. As a result I am doing a class tonight and also Wednesday morning! I have sent out messages and have had a number of responses. I will be in touch with those who have sent email address so we can test and iron out any issues before conducting a class.... 23.01.2022 An interesting read and makes sense. Movement and strengthening through the spine, in majority of cases, can assist in healing process. Movement is essential!

22.01.2022 Hi to all my lovely clients, hope you had a wonderful Christmas. Classes will resume in the new year, Monday 14th January. I was going to begin this week on the Wednesday prior to heading to Corny the following week, but have decided to delay the start date. I arrive late Tuesday night, and after suffering week long jet lag at start of holiday, I thought it best to leave it.... Sorry to disappoint those keen to start back this week. Hope you all have a wonderful new year. Remember......

18.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Unfortunately under the current guidelines I will be unable to conduct pilates classes effective immediately. I will be going to Corny Point and staying until things change. I am looking at online classes using Zoom or possibly Skype so you can continue to enjoy pilates in your own home. In the meantime download the Zoom App and I will keep you all updated. In relation to Chiropractic, the Federal Health Minister has deemed all Allied Health Professionals essential services in the hope that they will alleviate the pressure off GP's and hospitals and therefore Jamie will be continuing to work until such time that changes. 16.01.2022 Hi All, Was great to see some of my lovely clients this week using Zoom and thank you for allowing me to enter your home, backyard and frontyard for some :). A few minor issues but this weeks classes ran well. Any feedback would be welcomed. A few helpful tips :... - Allow for room to move (if possible) - Position device so I can see your whole mat, and you - Have good lighting - Email will be sent 10mins prior. Click join meeting so we can make sure all is set up correctly, and have a chat :) Classes next week: Monday 9.30am - 10.30am 6.15pm - 7.15pm Tuesday 9.30am - 10.30am 6.15pm - 7.15pm Wednesday 9.30am - 10.30am 6.00pm - 7.00pm Will be happy to put on additional classes upon request.
