Back in Fil’s shed was where the Sludgebeast first emerged. All we said was Why not? Why not fill the mash all the way to the top? Why not use that many specialty grains? Why not dose it with coffee, cocoa, vanilla, oak, port... why not? Then we learned why not... Sludgebeast followed us to the warehouse, and destroyed everything and everyone it touched. It stuck sparred, broke pumps, perplexed palates, ruined parties, consumed souls... and now Sludgebeast has followed us here, and it’s waiting, in this can. What have we done? Oh God, what have we done? Ballistic Beer -Bintani India Pale Lager, ABV 6.1% Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Bintani, this IPL is about giving back to our farmers. Ballistic is donating $2,000 from this beer to Buy A Bale. Raise a glass for your farmers, without them we wouldn’t have beer. -Ex-IPA, ABV 6.2% Another addition to our Experimental IPAs using US variety HBC 472. This is a truly unique hop with tasting notes of Oaky, Bourbon, Woody and Vanilla aromas. With a bigger malt bill to support these intense flavours, we hope you were as intrigued as we were. Mark II of the Barrel Exchange Project with Lark Distillery see’s the release of the 2019 version of the Lark Barrel Aged Imperial Johnny Smoke Porter (JSP). This Imperial Smoke Porter was aged in 100L Lark barrels for an average of 9 months.
