17.01.2022 Mr Thompson and Mrs Dickens went on the Plainby Pinelands bus this afternoon. It was great to talk with driver Bruce along the way. We have now completed all 5 bus runs. Mr Edmunds did the Pechey trip earlier this week.
16.01.2022 The following classes earned a Hot Dog treat today for excellent attendance. Target is currently 90% attendance each week. These classes have achieved this 8 times and so received the reward. Classes were 1/2W, 2/3ZW, 3H, 4M and 5B. Check out how excited Mr Boland was!

15.01.2022 Thankyou Crowfields Leo Club for your generous donation of time and efforts in baking the multitudes of breakfast muffins. These muffins were enjoyed by the students during breakfast club on Monday 31 August. The muffins were greatly appreciated! Thankyou!
15.01.2022 How good is this? Emelia traded 50 Gotchas to have a friend paint her face. Emelia chose Paige to paint her as Peppa Pig. The smiles say it all. Great job Emelia and thanks Paige.
14.01.2022 This feathered friend was around our school this morning. Crows Nest is a great country school - we see lots of wildlife in our grounds.
12.01.2022 A reminder that on Monday 7th December we invite all children attending Prep at Crow's Nest SS in 2021 to our Going Up Day. The two kindergartens are looking forward to this activity. For more information, please phone the school office on 46983111. All current P-9 students will also move up a year level on this morning before the sprint races. They will meet their class teacher for 2021 and see their new classroom.

08.01.2022 It was out to Anduramba this afternoon. Mr Rocks gave Mr Thompson and Mrs Dickens great info about this run and the area. Mr Edmunds went on the Ravensbourne bus this morning.
08.01.2022 Crow's Nest SS are having a battery recycling drive to raise funds for an additional covered shadecloth eating/play area in the Prep playground. Thanks to Cruise Mechanical who have offered to be the collection point for you to recycle your old batteries.

04.01.2022 Kiara, Holly and Matthew in Year 7 hosted a lunch for some of their teachers as part of their ASDAN studies today. They cooked all of the food, set the table and made the table centre piece. They were wonderful hosts asking their teacher many questions to find out interesting information about them. Thank you to Mrs Schefe and Mrs Birch for helpign them.Well done Kiara, Holly and Matthew the food and company was delightful.
04.01.2022 Mr Smith's Construction classes finished their CO2 Dragsters and had their races on Friday afternoon. Brooklyn had the champion dragster. Many classes came to the MPB to watch the races. A great way to end Week 9.

02.01.2022 Advance notice -Swimming Lessons in Term 4. In Weeks 4 and 5 next term we will again be having a swimming block of 5 lessons for primary classes/secondary students. Cost for each student will be $25 for the five lessons. More information, permission notes and timetables out in Week 1 next term.
