22.01.2022 We are hoping to get the Garden project under way soon, which will see the back yard of the kinder transformed into an area for the children and teachers to play, create and explore, as well as a space for us to wait between pick up and drop off times. The Indigenous Garden will have a bush cubby, scramble logs, a fire pit, an undercover area and a Bush Tucker veggie garden. We have applied for a Leader Local Grant worth $1000 to go towards building and planting the Bush T...ucker part of our garden, and we are one of the finalists! BUT we need your help! There are 10 projects in Maroondah and the one that receives the most votes wins the $1000 Grant. 14.01.2022 We kindly ask for you to donate 1 - 2 hours of your time on Saturday the 7th of December 2019 to assist us with hosting a Bunnings BBQ. We have had this BBQ booked for over a year and need parent helpers for this to go ahead. This BBQ is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year and is essential for the Kinder.

07.01.2022 As some of our families may be aware, Best Chance has made the decision to cease providing services to Croydon Gums from Term 1 2021. We are one of a large number of kinders that have received the news. Rest assured that the executive committee, teachers, Maroondah council and Department of education and Training are actively working together to find a new Early Years Management provider for the 2021 year onwards, and the kinder will be running business as usual.

07.01.2022 In light of the Corona Virus, we have decided to postpone the kinder disco until sometime in term 2.

06.01.2022 The council have been through this morning and changed all the signs to NO STANDING on the side of the road opposite Kinder from 8am -4pm. Please make sure you check where you are parking as council officers will be out enforcing these new restrictions.

03.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who has been collecting the earn and learn stickers for Woolworths for our Kinder. This promotion ends on the 25th June and we need to submit our sticker tally during the holidays. We would be grateful if you could bring any stickers in and place them in the box in the foyer, so we can be ready to submit our tally at the end of term (which is next Friday!!)
