From designing and organizing the layout and appearance...To the long, tiring hours of renovations.. We are now SO excited to be able to share the finished product with everyone! We have 28 brand new enclosures that vary between 3 different sizes, colours and features. ... We love showing off our new cattery and invite anyone who is interested, to come into the clinic and have a tour! You will be able to see and be informed about what each enclosure can offer, and decide which one your cat will be suited to the most. 25.01.2022 Do you know this bird?? This gorgeous African Grey Parrot was found in Belfield! He is very tame, no microchip and has clipped wings. He has no injuries and is currently in the care of the people that found him. If you think you know it’s bird or know anyone who has lost their African Grey Parrot, please call the clinic on (02) 9716 0207 ... PLEASE SHARE! He is so sweet and we want to get him back to his owner as soon as possible!

He has brought such a great quality to our clinic and we’ll miss getting to see and share a laugh with him each day. Thank you for all the memories Byron! 20.01.2022 **LEPTOSPIROSIS OUTBREAK** There has been recent reports of a Leptospirosis outbreak in Sydney. Leptospirosis is a contagious disease spread by the bacteria Leptospira. This disease is rare in NSW but there have been a few cases diagnosed in the Inner West in the past few weeks. The disease is POTENTIALLY FATAL to dogs that can come in contact via mainly urine but also faeces, blood and saliva of infected animals. Humans are also at risk of contracting the disease. ... Signs to watch out for in your dog: - Vomiting - Diarrhoea - Lethargy - Fever - Coughing/wheezing - Muscle Pain/Stiffness - Drinking and urinating more We recommend vaccinating your dogs against Leptospirosis! This sweet boy was brought into our clinic yesterday afternoon after wandering along Acton Street in Croydon however we suspect he actually lives in Darling Point! - A long way from home! He is a around 7months old, desexed, microchipped, and is wearing a black, blue and lime green patterned collar with a lime green bell. 10.01.2022 Have you seen "Misty"?? This beautiful white budgie has been missing since Tuesday 11th of June from around the Strathfield South area. Living up to her nickname "Houdini", she managed to escape from her well-secured cage, chew her way through an air vent and out of the house! She is mainly all white with a small blue patch on her lower back (see photos). She has been hand raised, however is still scared and a bit shy around new people. ... As imagined, her family is extremely distressed and miss her terribly. They own three other budgies that feel lost without her. Please, SHARE this post with your friends and family! 08.01.2022 ***IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE*** At the moment, our clinic is considered an essential business, and at this stage, will be remaining open. We are continuously being updated by the government on this current situation, and will inform you if there are any changes. To help keep our staff, clients, and the practice safe, we have implemented some changes.... If you have: 1. Been overseas or returned from a cruise ship in the last 2 weeks 2. Been in contact with a known Coronavirus-POSITIVE person 3. Are unwell or are experiencing Cold/Flu like symptoms We kindly ask that you DO NOT ENTER the waiting room. Please call the clinic from outside or from home, and one of our staff can assist you. When entering the clinic, please avoid touching anything. When you go into the consult room, the vet will ask you to only touch certain areas of the room. To maintain Social Distancing, we will only allow a certain number of clients to be in the waiting room at a time. You may be asked to wait outside or in your car until the vet is ready to see you. One of our staff can ring you when it is your turn. If you need to order or pick up any food or medication for your pet, please call the clinic beforehand and we can organise over-the-phone payment. For anyone who is in isolation, we will be offering over-the-phone consultations with one of our vets, if no one is able to bring in your pet for you. Our clinic hours are currently the same: Monday to Fridays: 8am 7pm Consultation Hours: 8 - 11am and 4 - 7pm Saturdays: 8.30am 1pm Sundays: 3.30-6pm If you have any questions regarding these changes, please feel free to call the clinic on 97160207.
