13.01.2022 A message from the President and Welfare Officer: Hi Everyone,, We hope that you are all safe and well during this forced lockdown.... First off, some good news. We are going to re- open our Clubrooms from Wednesday 3rd June @ 1.30pm. Obviously, we will need to comply with Government regulations regarding numbers and social distancing. From this date we can have up to 20 members in attendance at any one time. This arrangement will also be the same for Friday 5th June and subsequent Wednesdays and Fridays. After the 22nd June we will be allowed up to 50 Members in attendance. Meals will not commence at this stage until things settle down a bit further. Anyone arriving on these days must ensure that they are fit and well, and the Clubrooms will be set up to allow for safe distance protocols and proper sanitisation. It has now been 2 months since we have been closed, and there are still 24 Members who have not renewed their subscriptions for 2020. Membership is one of our major fund raising to keep the Sub-Branch going, and we ask that you consider renewing your membership. Reminder notices will be going out in the next newsletter (early June) for those who are yet to pay. If anyone is having difficulty paying due to theCovid19 problem, please contact John Woolhouse on the Club number and he will be happy to discuss arrangements To maintain your Membership. During our lockdown, we have unfortunately lost 4 Members as follows: Richard SHRIMPTON Douglas DUFFIELD Annie SWAFFIELD Geoffrey HOLLINGWORTH LEST WE FORGET As the situation improves we will do all that we can to get back to normal and provide the care and welfare this Sub-Branch is noted for. Continue to stay safe and well, and please let us know if we can assist you in any way. Warm regards, Croydon RSL

11.01.2022 Please share your ANZAC Day 2020 photos. Lest we forget.

06.01.2022 RIP Greg. Always remembered. Remembering some local trivia about Greg was that for selection he would train up and down the Montrose Fire Trail.
