25.01.2022 #flashback #3000PoppyProject #LovetheBacchusMarshRSLLadies A highlight during the past four years was being President of the Bacchus Marsh Great War Centenary Committee and reaching our goal of creating 3000 knitted poppies. The poppies were made into wreaths by the Bacchus Marsh RSL ladies for Anzac Centenary Commemorations recognising the planting of the Bacchus Marsh Avenue of Honour.

22.01.2022 An exemption given to Maddingley Brown Coal to do roadworks on the Bacchus Marsh Avenue of Honour. Council not consulted. A Heritage listed Avenue of Honour being impacted by those with $$$$. Money talks. Bacchus Marsh to be impacted.

16.01.2022 Bacchus Marsh residents would like to know WHY Richard Wynne MP has approved the dumping of toxic soil in Bacchus Marsh. Thank you Bernie Finn MP get this overturned in the Upper House! We are counting on you and other Ministers to protect our area.

15.01.2022 Congratulations to Moira Berry on an excellent video covering many of the issues in East Moorabool. I agree with Moira on these issues whole heartedly. I hope she does well in the election.

15.01.2022 MEET THE CANDIDATE Moorabool Shire Tonia Dudzik EAST MOORABOOL WARD... Overhead Transmission Lines are not welcome in Moorabool. They are unsightly, and an unacceptable bushfire risk. I do not support -compulsory acquisition of land for this project. - devaluation of our land. - impacts on farming, residential and bush land. I live in an area where overhead Transmission Towers are proposed. I have an no overhead transmission banner on my front fence. I will advocate for underground power as a better option. Overhead Transmission Towers are a cheap way out for the State Government. Moorabool residents deserve better. Vote 1 Tonia Dudzik No Overhead Transmission Towers

13.01.2022 I say NO to Toxic Soil Proposals where inadequate information is provided to verify that the soil is safe for residents.

13.01.2022 The State Opposition will work to ‘disallow’ new Moorabool Planning Scheme amendments. Normally changes to the scheme are a Council task, but the Andrews Govern...ment has taken on responsibility, effectively paving the way for contaminated soil to be dumped close in Bacchus Marsh.. How effective do you think disallowing will be?

06.01.2022 Clocks go forward by an hour tomorrow. You may see me letterboxing election flyers with how to vote suggestions. Feel free to stop and say hello to me.

06.01.2022 #Flashback #HalletsWayExtensioncomplete An achievement of Moorabool Councillors over the past two Council terms is the delivery of the completion of the Hallets Way Extensension. I advocated for this as did other Councillors. It was a massive project and essential to help resolve Bacchus Marsh traffic problems going forward.

06.01.2022 So I was out at Kyneton Botanical Gardens this morning and was super impressed with the outside ping pong table in the park. Great for all ages. Was brought in during Covid 19 pandemic as the U3A group weren’t able to play indoors anymore. How awesome is this? I think it’s a great idea and would like to see them in Moorabool.

04.01.2022 One of my achievements while on Moorabool Shire Council is the Darley Early Years Hub and Kindergarten. I recall when the the decision to build this facility came to Council there were Councillors against it. They did not see a Kindergarten and Child Care a priority. I debated this on the floor and won the debate. I was and still am the only female on Moorabool Shire Council. I know how important Kindergarten and Child Care are to families. That would never have progressed if I did not argue for it. We received significant grant funding towards it in the following State election.

02.01.2022 Come home to a smashed window or graffitied fence? Report property damage online at police.vic.gov.au or call the Police Assistance Line on 131 444 . It’s for when you need the police, but not the sirens.
