25.01.2022 Buyers Beware! (Found on Ebay) This is not a genuine Cruisemaster DO35 Coupling! We have been keeping an eye on this in China for some time now, seems it has now made its way to Australia.... Here is what we know; 1. Made in China (not Germany as the product listing suggests) 2. Breaches our protected IP 3. Is not ADR Compliant (based on physical copies we have previously seen) Identifying this fake: - No bumper, cap, poly bushes. - No ADR required product data engraved on top of housing. - No Poly seat or engraving on pin. - No Cruisemaster or DO35 Branding

10.01.2022 These pictures were shared by a customer with us earlier today. Lets start with the important part, everyone is safe and sound with no major injuries. Just to give you some feedback on the strength of your DO35 V3 which was fitted to my 2009 Tvan being towed by a Nissan GQ Patrol. I ended up rolling the Patrol and the Tvan the truck following behind me said that he counted at least 4 complete roll overs.... The Patrol ended up on its wheels facing the way we were travelling in, it did a 180Deg turn the Tvan was on its side. The Tvan was still coupled to the Patrol via your DOS35 V3 both safety chains had snapped and it uncoupled easily when the two tow trucks arrived. We often talk about the safety aspect of the DO35. While in this instance it did not prevent the car from rolling with the trailer; it did prevented the trailer from separating after the safety chains broke preventing the trailer from creating an additional risk to the tow vehicle and its occupants. In a situation like this it is often about what has been done to limit risk as these things are just unavoidable at times. Once again we wish the couple involved in this incident a quick recovery from their minor injuries and a successful return to exploring!
