22.01.2022 So today I had the absolute pleasure of donating a cake on behalf of The Starlight Foundation & Cake Angels to Chloe who is celebrating her 10th birthday. For those of you that don't know The Starlight Foundations mission is "To brighten the lives of seriously ill children and their families" I volunteer through Cake Angels and picked up this request for help on Thursday. It's been a stressful weekend but it was all worth while when I saw the big smile on her face ... She asked for a Dumbo cake.. And that's definitely what she got lol.. Dumbo was a little bigger than expected but it still looked cool

17.01.2022 EASTER CUPCAKES - LIMITED AVAILABILITY Its a very last minute decision to bake cupcakes this Easter hence the limited availability. They will be a mix of plain chocolate, Cadburys creme egg, vanilla and will be decorated in an Easter theme (similar to pics below) . Boxes of 6 - $20 (10 boxes available)... Boxes of 12 - $40 ( 8 boxes available) Collection will be from Rochedale Estates on Sunday between 9am - 11am. Saturday evening collection may also be arranged. 01.01.2022 Would anyone be interested in Cupcake Decorating Classes. I'm trying to gauge interest before I look into it further. I'm thinking a 3 hour class covering: - How to colour buttercream... - How to effectively set up and use piping bags and equipment - Different Piping Techniques (including Rose, Swirl etc) - How to use fondant to decorate your cupcakes All cupcakes will be pre-baked and all equipment will supplied along with Tea, coffee and biscuits.
