21.01.2022 I started making crumpets in 2017... what I called my science project at the time, quickly became the driving force of my everyday life! I quickly realised that there was so much to learn and keep learning. Every ingredient whether it is a pour or simply a sprinkle, makes my crumpets what they are. My mum always taught me the importance of using only the best ingredients in everything that I cooked, and it is no different when I make my crumpets! Milled specifically for our crumpets straight from Tamworth, @fpmcerealmilling, beautiful wholemeal flour makes our crumpets just that bit more scrumptious #crumpetsbymerna
