25.01.2022 Hey everyone, I have been moving house and resigned from work but now I am getting back into my baking. I have been trying out the new oven and it is the best. I have added a video of my efforts: Post in the comments below your thoughts on the video.

22.01.2022 I have been having withdrawals from not baking enough so I made a Snickers slice and Coco Crunch Clusters today and I am going to make choc-chip muffins after dinner tonight.

22.01.2022 Hi All I was busy cooking last Sunday for a BAKE SALE on the MON 17/11/14 to assist the SPIRIT Committee at work with a charity event for Movember. I cooked 5 Slices and 2 different batches of muffins. 1 x Mars Bar Slice, 1 x Chocolate Slice, 1 x Apple & Strawberry Slice, 1 x Blueberry & Walnut Slice, 1 Lemon & Passionfruit Slice, 23 Cheddar & Capsicum Muffins & a brand new creation called Zucchini & Carrot Muffins (18). I also had a couple of helpers that made cupcakes, chocolates and brownies. All the bake goodies sold and it was a very successful day raising $500 for this special charity.

10.01.2022 Hey all, I am looking to buy one to three good condition secondhand Canon EOS 600D Cameras for my son Justin. If you have one or know someone that does and they are willing to sell it. Please let me know. He has been using his current camera (same model) to video the NSW Division 1 Gridiron and wishes to expand to three or four more cameras to do the job properly. 10.01.2022 Hi All Sorry I have not been active on this site for a while, but I have been ill. On the 27th of November 2014 I was rushed to hospital by my son Tristan and ended up having to have emergency surgery. It took two weeks to get back too work and I still have to have a final check-up at the end of January 2015. I want you all to know that I am feeling much better and my recovery has been great with no further problems. I will be in full swing, early January 2015 for all you...r favourite creations. I have had a lovely break over Christmas and New Year period at Bendigo with my parents. Mum and I have been trying new creations and I have perfected a few which I will be adding to my list in the New Year. I hope everyone of you had a safe, happy and enjoyable Christmas and New Year !!! Love Carmel.
