09.01.2022 Dear customers, Due to a large number or no- shows and late cancellations unfortunately we will now be enforcing our booking policy as per your booking email. Please understand we are a small business with employees and have already been hit hard by covid this year, as most of you all have. We have been very understanding in regards to cancelled events and will continue to be, however we only ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can try to fill your appointment ...time. Sickness & illness - you must notify us BEFORE 11am on the day of your appointment (for evening bookings or BEFORE 9pm the night before, for morning bookings) for any illnesses via our salon phone number. Rescheduling of appointments or cancellations - MUST be give 24 hours notice or a $15 cancellation fee will apply. No-Shows - will be billed for the full price of booked appointment.
