In times like this its nice to not feel so isolated.... this team shred allows you to connect virtually with your friends to improve your fitness and healthy lifestyles together! Who can you help inspire? Teams can consist of 2, 3 or 4 people.... The TEAM SHRED runs from 27/4 - 11/5 inclusive. All people in the team must conform to the rules to be eligible to go into the draw for cash prizes. Minimum of 45 minutes of exercise daily expected from EACH PERSON - more if wanted! No equipment required. Alternatives available for different fitness levels/injuries. Must drink 2L water each day Must cut at least one food/drink from your diet that is your downfall. Open to residents of Australia aged 16 yrs+ (Children aged 13yrs+ can be in a team with a parent/guardian) $60 entry per team (ie. $15 each in a each of 4) TAG YOUR BUDDIES!!! Each day youll need to do: 30mins of walk/jog/run/bike/elliptical/rower (your choice) 15mins on toning: weights/abs/arms/legs/Pilates etc (your choice)... Plus every three days theres an optional team bonus challenge... it will get you bonus tickets into the draw. Grab a buddy or two or three and sign up! Just 45mins per day... you can do it!!!

So if you miss a 45 min workout because you didn’t end up getting time, you just have less chance of prizes when it gets to the end... 19.01.2022 WHATS NEXT? I aim to still do buddy challenges in downtime in my new role. Once I determine my workload, I would love to do Monday morning kickboxing sessions. ... Unfortunately there will be no more term/weekly sessions, just sessions when I can do some one offs or offer a Monday session. I am planning on clocking up some kms myself and hopefully one day running a half marathon; if my Achilles holds up! Thats all Ive got so far, Ill keep you all posted though!

Ive put together a 14 DAY ISOLATION CHALLENGE for anyone wanting to kickstart their fitness, whether you are already in isolation or not! This Friday 27th MARCH - Thursday 9th APRIL 2020 (inclusive) ... 45 mins of fitness per day cut one thing (or more from your diet) drink 2L water no buddy this time... lets push your SELF motivation no equipment needed $20 to enter Prize $$ to be decided once all entries are confirmed. anyone in Australia can enter aged 16yrs+ Day 1 is 15mins of exercises then 30mins walk/jog/run/bike ride/cross trainer/tower Day 2 is 16mins of exercises then 29mins walk/jog/run/bike ride/cross trainer/rower And so on... *Proof needed - screenshot of kms covered (can be done on treadmill/exercise bike), selfie shot before and after exercises... no videos this time!
