Tash is another local mum to four beautiful babies and is similarly dedicated to a perfectionist finish in all household chores. We think she will be a great addition to the team, and look forward to all of you having the chance to meet her. 07.01.2022 Many of our clients have come to us with very reasonable concerns over the novel coronavirus outbreak; regarding the impact this may have on our work within their homes. First and foremost, Crystal Clean Co is still operating as usual and for the foreseeable future. Were this to change, we would notify all clients via text & Facebook message to reschedule/postpone bookings - no surprises! With respect to questions regarding our accepted practices, please note the following:... - All materials (cloths, mop heads, etc) are changed between homes to prevent cross-contamination. These are sterilised prior to commencing work the following day. - We have now changed our protocol, to include the use of alcohol-based cleaning products on both surfaces & floors, to assist clients in maintaining the health & wellbeing of their family. If you would prefer we use your own products OR that we continue using the usual Earth products, please let us know on arrival or via text! - Your health is paramount. If any staff member were to show cold & flu symptoms, even mild, or were to have been in contact with someone recently having travelled/in quarantine, your clean would either be postponed or another lady substituted. We consider this an unacceptable risk. We do understand that the consequences of this outbreak have been reaching and that some households are struggling financially (loss of work, loss of childcare, etc). If this is a concern for you, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will work with you to find the best option! If you have further questions, please PM us or message Jess personally. The team at CCc will be taking a well-deserved break over the holiday period; closing our proverbial doors from December 24th - January 1st and enjoying a little time with our families.
