Some people have problems in letting go - they hold onto anger & negativity & eventually this will consume them until they become irritable, bitter and a very unhappy person. One of the ways you can help yourself to let go of these feelings is to meditate & connect with your crystals. Black tourmaline is really good for releasing and letting go especially of internal negativity. Smoky quartz will help ground & transmute negative energy.
