19.01.2022 I came out of a 72 (69 in my case) hour water fast last night... now to continue my conscious effort of the last month or so to make as many healthy choices as I can! I am transitioning from perhaps a 70/30 ratio towards a 85-90/15-10 ratio of healthy vs less than healthy food choices. nourish your body, nourish your brain, nourish your soul! bonus impact is that generally (no, not always) healthier food choices have less negative impact environmentally for Mother Ear...th. feel free to share down below how you are nourishing your self today... words, pics, or both!
