25.01.2022 Smiling is good for your health! It can reduce stress and anxiety, so it's important to find the things that make you want to smile. Smiling can make you feel happier and your happiness can make you more productive, so think of all the beautiful things you and your smile could accomplish. Smiling can release endorphins in your body which can make you happier too. Even a fake smile can trick you in to being happy, so when you want to turn that frown upside down, do the biggest cheesiest grin you can muster and see how you feel....fake it till you make it! Like my Mum always says, "If you see someone not wearing a smiling, give them one of yours". So not only are you making yourself feel better, you are adding positive vibes to someone else's day. How magical and simple! <3



24.01.2022 Sometimes we have people in our lives who let us down. They commit to us but they didn't keep up their end of the bargain, or maybe it's the other way round and we drop the ball....I've done it.... be it a partner or a friend. Everything is a lesson and as much as it hurts at the time, it is to guide us to bigger and better things. It may cut but you don't need to hold on to it.. It's an experience that is there test us, teach us and help us to grow. I believe there is nothin...g we can't handle and although every hard road feels like a cliff that is crumbling....you WILL get through it. You were designed and created to handle everything that life throws at you. Always remember you have surely been through times you thought you would never get over, but it does get easier over time. You are braver than you believe stronger than you seem, smarter than you think and twice as beautiful than you could ever imagine. You are worthy. If you wouldn't say it to your niece's, nephews, babies, friends...don't say it to yourself. Be kind and take care. Love of any kind heals everything. Love for others or for yourself, hold that respect. You are number 1. It's not ok to put yourself down or blame yourself. It's wasted energy and like attracts like. Like you, the rest will fall in to place once you do. If you can't change it...embrace it and allow it to inspire you to want more out of this one life....be the light in the dark because you can. 21.01.2022 I was questioned yesterday, "What have you achieved that you are most proud of?" Of course my first answer was my beautiful children, my loving marriage and becoming a Creatrix Transformologist. It has been over a year now and it is so fulfilling to help women release their deepest mental and emotional blocks that have been holding them back from moving forward in their lives. It is a magical thing to watch someone transform right in front of your eyes and to see their faces soften and then to go on and love life is an absolute blessing to witness. This year alone I have facilitated some amazing breakthroughs already and I am looking forward to a year filled with many more

12.01.2022 Caught a glimpse of a show hubby was watching last night called trust me I'm a doctor. Long story short, out of the groups of people who participated in stress reducing activities, such as gardening, yoga and mindfulness all had raised levels of cortisol awakening response (CAR...gives you the energy to cope with the day) and the Mindfulness group had the most significant impact on the CAR with an improvement of 78% in the people who enjoyed it. So, if you would like to get s...tarted on reducing stress, you too can practice a morning routine and just try it for a week and see how you go. It really is simple. 1.Breathe deeply for 3 minutes and be grateful for every beautiful breath. 2.Take 2 minutes to reflect and be grateful for all the small things that you love in your life. 3.Think of all the most loving moments in your life and feel your heart flutter. 4.Give and send love to everyone in your life. 5.Visualize you living your dream life for 1 minute, then set the intention that this is going to be a wonderful day. 6.Make the decision to focus on appreciation instead of expectation. (It's also pretty cool to help someone without expecting anything in return ...even if it's just taking the time to be extra nice to someone)

11.01.2022 Everything is a choice...so if you find yourself taking it out on others...remember its not their responsibility that you chose this. I have had a massive wake up call. Working hard and expecting things from others that they did not choose. Instead of hearing the conversations happening and actually really listening... i have learned now to always be aware that sometimes the things you want are not what is important to others. Love more, stress less and take time to appreciate what really matters.

09.01.2022 Although it may not feel like it, life is a series of awesome lessons....sometimes we just don't see it until the dust settles. Why wait. Take every moment as an opportunity to grow and flourish. You were designed to handle this and that's why it was thrown at you. Catch the ball with both hands and run as fast as you can with it. We are all Gods...sometimes we just forget. You are exactly where you are meant to be so embrace it. One day you will look back and say...I did it! <3

07.01.2022 How to talk to your daughter about her body, step one: Don't talk to your daughter about her body, except to teach her how it works. Don't say anything if she's... lost weight. Don't say anything if she's gained weight. If you think your daughter's body looks amazing, don't say that. Here are some things you can say instead: "You look so healthy!" is a great one. Or how about, "You're looking so strong." "I can see how happy you are -- you're glowing." Better yet, compliment her on something that has nothing to do with her body. Don't comment on other women's bodies either. Nope. Not a single comment, not a nice one or a mean one. Teach her about kindness towards others, but also kindness towards yourself. Don't you dare talk about how much you hate your body in front of your daughter, or talk about your new diet. In fact, don't go on a diet in front of your daughter. Buy healthy food. Cook healthy meals. But don't say, "I'm not eating carbs right now." Your daughter should never think that carbs are evil, because shame over what you eat only leads to shame about yourself. Encourage your daughter to run because it makes her feel less stressed. Encourage your daughter to climb mountains because there is nowhere better to explore your spirituality than the peak of the universe. Encourage your daughter to surf, or rock climb, or mountain bike because it scares her and that's a good thing sometimes. Help your daughter love soccer or rowing or hockey because sports make her a better leader and a more confident woman. Explain that no matter how old you get, you'll never stop needing good teamwork. Never make her play a sport she isn't absolutely in love with. Prove to your daughter that women don't need men to move their furniture. Teach your daughter how to cook kale. Teach your daughter how to bake chocolate cake made with six sticks of butter. Pass on your own mom's recipe for Christmas morning coffee cake. Pass on your love of being outside. Maybe you and your daughter both have thick thighs or wide ribcages. It's easy to hate these non-size zero body parts. Don't. Tell your daughter that with her legs she can run a marathon if she wants to, and her ribcage is nothing but a carrying case for strong lungs. She can scream and she can sing and she can lift up the world, if she wants. If we all recognized that happiness is a choice and not som...ething that can only be attained if someone gives it to us or if we are lucky enough. If instead of searching for the pot of gold, believing that we are the gold that everyone is chasing after. Its not up to you to make me happy and complete. Its up to me to understand that it's up to me to decide that I am happy being completely me. Stop searching for the light when you are the light. Don't be the one to dim your own glow when you are the only one that has the power to do so. You are in control of how bright you shine. Turn that dial up full blast and watch what happens. 03.01.2022 Be the one to stand up and help your friends search for the light at the end of the tunnel instead of sitting in the dark with them to keep them company. Not feeling their pain and giving them a reason to be ok with their problems, instead give them hope. Look for solutions instead of focusing on problems. Raising people up, not keeping them down. That's real friendship.

01.01.2022 Earthing or grounding can be done many ways, but here is the simplest, health enhancing, no thinking involved technique requiring only that you take off your shoes and walk barefoot, in the sand, on the grass or along the beach. Scientific papers have been published demonstrating the mechanics and measurable physical effects of grounding. When you're grounded there's a transfer of free electrons from the Earth into your body. And these free electrons are probably the most pot...ent antioxidants known to man. Just like your phone needs charging, the earth is our charger, we also need to clear ourselves of the negative energies surrounding our days like the EMF's from our devices. You can do it for as little as 5 minutes a day, so there is no reason not to give it a go. You may find it helps you feel more balanced, help stabilize your emotions, sleep better and have more energy throughout the day. The more often you do it, the better you will feel. My mum recommended doing it while the grass is still dewy in the morning so I have been making it an early morning practice as well as throughout the day. If you don't have the time, get your shoes off as much as you can. Wearing rubber soul shoes acts as an insulator from the electromagnetic field of the earth, so kick them off at every opportunity. Sit or stand in a comfortable position, close your eyes. Take in a couple of nice deep breaths allow yourself to relax. Imagine roots coming out of the souls of your feet as well as your spine attaching deep into the earth. Beginning at the top of your head, feel or see a brilliant white (or gold) light coming in at the crown. This light begins to travel through your head, down into your throat and into your upper body. This light is gathering and directing any and all energies needing to be moved through and out of your body. Allow the light to go down your arms and emanate from your hands; all the while allowing the light to fill your chest, down through your abdominal area, then down your legs to your feet. Now let the light pass through your feet and your spine into the roots going deep into the earth. Allow the energy to flow continuously in at the top of your head, moving throughout your body, and out through the roots connecting you to the Earth. When you are ready, close off the energy coming in at your crown continuing to move any energy from your body down and out through the roots into the earth. Allow the energy to flow down, feeling yourself connecting to the Earth. Any pressure you felt from excess energy has dissipated, leaving you with a sense of calm and connectedness throughout your body.
