A society that places too much emphasis on the mind and by doing so t...he disconnection from all that is needed to be lived as a whole human being isn’t being spoken about and is an ingrained belief by changing our thoughts only we heal and that’s so far from the truth because healing and transformation is a full body experience. To live in the mind only is replay old behavioural patterns and guaranteed you’ll slip right back in there. We want to return to the healing practices our ancestors knew.
