23.01.2022 Finally posting up the full series to my last #CS2 #TITANIUM paint protection. This is a rather special #Lowndes edition VF SS. It is 25 of 50 #Walkinshaw Racin...g Edition supercharger packages. And quite possibly the only Commodore signed by renowned #Ford #V8SC driver Mark #Winterbottom. The entire car received a 2 Stage correction, the spoiler was carefully removed from the vehicle, which was corrected and coated separately. I even had my attractive assistant (my wife) help me with the coating. See more

Pencil hardness is the capacity of a given coated sur...face to resist scratching, marring or gouging by utilizing a value scale that ranges from the softest 6B to the hardest 9H. How is the test done? Its a very simple, standard test by going down the pencil grades as you start scratching a coated surface until you come to the first pencil that doesnt scratch the coating. By using CS-II Titanium Paint Preservation System, youd actually come away with two layers of actual 9H hardness with a glass-like, transparent texture that will also helps to smooth the unevenness of the surface to provide hydrophobicity.

A nominally uniform coating will help to lessen the coefficient of kinetic friction by filling up the fissures with micro particles to produce a smoother, infinitely glossier surface.

When applied to a clean, prepped surface, the coating will take on properties that basically emulate hardened glass that exhibit measurable thickness, like films to protect the surface from UV, wash-induced damages, oxidation, salts, and even permanent ink. Coatings can be applied to glass and wheel surfaces as well, adding shine and providing protection while at the same time, keeping them easy to clean.
