24.01.2022 CLASSES CANCELLED for this week only! Coach Jenny and Riley apologise for the cancel however, due to bad weather making driving extremely unsafe classes have been cancelled and will resume next week!!!

21.01.2022 KAR dance was 1 week ago! <3 - Ainsley winning Top First and 13th in the top 15 dances for 12 to 14 years old!! - Junior Dance group Top first and 9th in the top 15 for 12 to 14 years old group dance!! The junior group dance (Layla, Abigail, Molly, Indy and Ainsley) also won the judges choice and the NYC experience! Such an amazing effort from our dances in their first year dancing! Our coaches are so proud of you all!!!

19.01.2022 CSOD - Roxby Downs attended the Youth Awards. It was such an honour to be nominated let alone recieve an award! From everyone at CSOD thank you so much to everyone involved and everyone who voted for us! We will continue to achieve our goals and represent Roxby Downs in a positive way where ever we go! <3

Saturday in the Auditorium: 2pm - 2:30pm - Senior level 2 group stunt 2:30pm - 3pm - Mini Pom (1.5 - 4 years) @$3... 3pm - 4pm Junior Tumbling (4+ entry level) $10per lesson. 4pm - 5pm Senior Tumbling (walkover training) $10 per lesson. 5pm - 6pm Advanced Tumbling (BH drills and training) @$10 6pm - 7pm Dance Troupe Sunday 12pm - 12:30pm - Junior Dance Team, Trio and Duo (could change due to availability). 12:30 - 1pm Solo 1pm - 1:30pm Junior level 1 group stunt 1:30pm - 3pm Junior level 1 competition team 3pm - 4pm Senior level 1 competition team 4pm - 4:30pm Senior level 1 Group Stunt. 08.01.2022 On the weekend we had 5 teams go down to Adelaide for Aussie Gold Cheer and Dance. Hurricane, Cyclones, Tsunami, Dust Devils and Atormic Storm. Without deductions 4 out of the 5 teams would have place however with them only 1 team placed. That team was Cyclones and they came... FIRST for senior level 1 group stunt! :D I just want to say a massive thank you and congratulations to Coach Amy! Her first ever time coaching and she has done amazing! Not only does she coach but comp...etes as well! <3 CSOD its students and coaches love you! :) Thank you to all the parents that attended the competition. It was a massive day and you were all so underatanding! :) Thank you to Sherin Barnes for the make up you did on all 18 athletes and to Kathy Barnes for organising the tight schedule! Congratulations to Ingite Cheer and Dance for all your medals won and to coach Jenny Barnes who placed 1st in Open level 3 group Stunt and 2nd in Open level 2 team with Ignite Cheer and Dance :D It was an amazing weekend now lets move onto State Championships in 3 weeks! :D

We came to Aussie Gold last year with just 1 teams and 1 group stunt now we have 2 team and 3 stunt groups! Good luck everyone including our sister team Ignite Cheer and Dance! <3
