25.01.2022 It appears messages aren't getting through to all of our valued customers. I've been a little slow lately due to an injury but WAS recovering quite well. Unfortunately, one act of complacency now sees me out for at least 3 weeks (still 1 and a half to go). I would like to thank all of my customers who have shown a little compassion and understanding. Those who know me well know it deeply hurts me to let down those counting on our service, especially the older customers unable to deep clean for themselves. As a self confessed workaholic, being unable to leave the house for long periods due to pain is doing my head in!

16.01.2022 I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Fire Equipment Maintenance Group once again for their Fire Extinguisher Training course. One of our "soaking" tubs had a malfunction today, only 22 days shy of her next Test & Tag, and decided to surprise me with smoke billowing out of the machine. I am quite confident I wouldn't have been so cool and calm about selecting the appropriate extinguisher and using it correctly, had it not been for Ramon and Nathan's training. The training turned what could have been a rather large event with gas lines feeding the dryers, into a non-starter. Now for the clean up.....

14.01.2022 A MASSIVE thank you to AJH Yard Maintenance and the team, and John Skrlj and his team for GREAT service today! A quick call to Adam from AJH and within an hour Brad had arrived to clear out and dispose of a HUGE pile of recycling and randomness. One quick conversation with John Skrlj over a neighbours fence, and within 20 minutes, the old bomb was on her way to her final resting place. ... I can't recommend either local business highly enough

13.01.2022 I have tried to contact all of our customers directly but I'm not sure all of the messages are getting through. As with a lot of small business owners, I'm having a very hard time emotionally with all of the developments in the last few days. All DOMESTIC CLEANING is being cancelled until at least the end of April, and possibly beyond. I've been asked why a cleaner would stop cleaning? It's simple. I have 3 houses a day on my roster. If I'm unknowingly infected, that's 15 hou...ses or at least 60 people I could infect before showing symptoms, in ONE week. Some with elderly, infant, or medically "at risk" occupants. COMMERCIAL CLEANING is still going ahead with strict safety procedures in place. A modified LINEN SERVICE is still running but with strict safety procedures in place. Thank you for your support so far and I hope to see you again once this pandemic finally subsides.

05.01.2022 *Graphic language warning* You have to wonder why you even bother working sometimes. Either last night or this morning, some absolute piece of shit has decided to smash the mirror housing on the work van. No doubt it would have been some bludging piece of shit who hasn't worked for anything in their life. The mirror is too high for it to have been an accidental tap from a car.

03.01.2022 A rather HUGE thank you to our mates at Country Health Physiotherapy - especially Aarthi - for their expertise in pain management and healing. It's a long process, but with expert care I'm confident I'll be back on deck fulltime, in no time at all.
