25.01.2022 An explosives attack on an aboriginal community and no reporting. Understandably people are getting quite angry about this and we're all trying to raise awareness so please share this around as this can be any person of any colour next.

16.01.2022 OK quick message to all. There's been a drama with the printers (Nothing to do with me) so while issue 2 is complete, we're going to be delaying a bit on putting it out. Which is fine as I'm still running around promoting! Recently received some money from a much loved uncle that's since woken up which means I'll be doing some posters and promotional material. I've also shot off a message to Madman and probably sending one to Gestalt to see about letting them handle mainstream distribution so I can focus exclusively on telling a good yarn and working with the ancestors, the mob and the schools to help show the kids that they are the Deamers if they want to be...

14.01.2022 Further information. There was also an arson attack as well as the explosive within 12 hours of each other. It's claimed by authorities that it was a firework but judging by the injuries sustained, well... Must have been a hell of a firecracker then. Kimberly page has been keeping posts coming including a clip of the blaze. The concept that it 'wasn't racially motivated' is neither here nor there. The fact that a bomb and an arson attack doesn't reach the mainstream media tel...ls us that either they don't care about Aboriginal persons, Western Australians or indeed both. I'll keep searching and post again on Lest We Stop Dreaming tonight. Please share what you can to help force the national media to pay the attention to this story that it deserves. Australia is not the North Shore of Sydney or Melbourne. It's much much bigger than that TYVM

13.01.2022 I've been interviewed by ABC Newcastle for their "Meet the Mob" program. Tune into 1233 ABC on Monday at 1030 in the morning. Be nice though, my first interview ever. Pretty cool the effort being made by the local broadcaster to bring some focus on the people really making a difference (or in my case trying) and working to conserve a culture that will be lucky to see the next century.

05.01.2022 Check out the Blog for an update relevant to Teachers and Elders. In addition to releasing a monthly PDF guide for each issue I will be creating a group on FaceBook to enable a new circle to discuss how we can go about preserving the Aboriginal culture and integrating it into the current world. The BEG will be for me to listen and could well steer the story as it develops, making it a true community project. This is what I wanted from the start, I've single handedly done everything you see, now it's time for you, the Uncles and Aunties, to jump on board and realize that it shouldn't be my responsibility to carry the flame alone. I started the fire for us all to enjoy, I'm BEGging you all to come sit with me and let me listen.

03.01.2022 Just applied for a contract as a Communications Manager at Awabakal. Cross your fingers and toes I get it but I've got a suspicion there'll be some excuse. Not being down on myself but I swear I must be doing something right with these comics because Murphy keeps slapping me in the face. But that's what you call will power. The ability to keep banging your head against the wall until the gold starts flowing....... All greatness is built on a foundation of many failures, each ones lessons well learnt.
