16.01.2022 more on Lachlan and Cilla

15.01.2022 This was in the boat a few days ago. The video shows Sharni beginning to alert to an incoming seizure. It gave us time to get the anchor up and head to shore. The photo in the next post was only about 3 minutes after she began to alert. Thankfully this one didn’t need an ambulance and we managed it with our emergency kit but rather than fall overboard from a seated position we were able to get him on the floor before things got worse. This is her value. If I won lotto I’d buy... a seizure alert dog for every severe epileptic. She is worth her weight in gold. We will be taking a more active role in the new year with Dogs for Life the Assistance Dog trainers based in Melbourne. More news on that after Christmas! 2020 is going to be a big year. We need to get Specialised Disability Accommodation built in Toowoomba here so we have a safety net under Lachlan to protect him for the real risk of going to nursing home. We now have the care we just need the bricks and mortar and I know we will get it done See more
