11.01.2022 I guess one of the upsides of being stuck at home is that you can workout in your pyjamas. This isn’t optimal training but will help to keep everything ticking over. Upper body for this one. The workout: 1. Bent over band rows... 2. Banded pushups 3. Single arm banded shoulder press 4. Single arm banded bicep curl 5. Single arm overhead tricep extension w/ band 6. Banded external rotation (good for posture and shoulder health) All you need is a band. And some groovy PJs Also the shorts are custom so no, you can’t have them.
