This role, as with all roles, is to assist with the continual growth of C&S Tree Services as an industry leader, Candidates should have the following:... Qualifications and Skills At least 3 years industry experience. Qualifications should be a minimum Cert 3 or equivalent, including Chainsaw, and High Risk Work The ability to work both independently and part of a one of our team’s effectively. Excellent arboriculture knowledge. Excellent communication skills, be well organized and presented, self-motivated and have a high attention to detail. Friendly, honest and reliable. A valid full driver’s license, MR license preferred White card Benefits Salary Range $30- $35 per hour plus super depending on experience, for full time 38 hour week, plus overtime. Climbing incentives available. Work is performed outdoors which include inclement weather, heat & Humidity, along with exposure to dust, rain & pollution. Employees must be physically able to lift & carry at least 25 kg on a regular basis. The use of correct PPE is required at all times. All employees must comply with Company drug & alcohol testing requirements. Overtime maybe required from time to time in line with client deadlines.
