19.01.2022 Spent today filming my course ‘Finding your purpose’. A course I wrote last year based on my 20 years experience working as a career coach and advisor. I’ve spent the entire day setting up and have managed to film probably 30 seconds of useable content! #careercoaching #findingyourpurpose #careercoach #onlinecourses

13.01.2022 I find when people are not doing what they love they can experience some anxiety around work, which always seems worse on Sunday 'Sunday Blues' or Monday 'Monday Morningitis'. It's not a great feeling but taking action whether that is doing something for someone else or starting to take action to make things better for yourself will help alleviate that anxiety.

12.01.2022 Today I finished a run that I’ve been trying to complete for 2 years. It wasn’t far and it wasn’t fast but I have struggled to hit that goal. The only difference today was trying a different coaching app, it really reminded me of the difference the right coach can make and also that I need to look into filters if I’m going to start posting selfies.
