17.01.2022 I completed my pre-season test at Lakeside Raceway on Saturday & am very happy with how the bike feels after the changes we have made to it since I last rode in June last year. We have remapped the fly by wire throttle as I wasn't getting the amount of acceleration off corners that I felt I was asking for. After a few teething issues that were quickly sorted out with the help of Mark Gordon I was able to get to within 2 seconds of my best ever time at Lakeside on my old race ...bike after not riding at this track in over 2 years & also not being familiar with the new entry to the bus stop. Overall I am really happy with how the bike now accelerates out of 2nd gear corners & even had a fellow racer comment to me about how well the bike gets out of the corners & how I was looking on the bike overall. Looking forward to getting out to Morgan Park for Round 1 of the Southern Downs Road Race Championship where I will get a better gauge of where both the bike & myself are at. 16.01.2022 All set up & happy to be out racing this weekend for Round 1 of the Southern Downs Road Race Championship.
