15.01.2022 An exciting announcement from the Australian Government for apprentices and trainees! From Monday the 5th October eligible employers can apply for a wage subsidy of 50% of commencing or recommencing apprentice or trainee’s gross wages paid. This can be up to $7,000 per apprentice or trainee per quarter. This can apply to employers of any size, or industry and the program will run until 30 September 2021.... 14.01.2022 We are so very proud to have participated in the Transition to Success Program in conjunction with Department of Youth Justice. The program helps young people reengage with employment or education making for brighter futures. CTA Training Specialists worked with an amazing group of young people to achieve their Certificate II in Hospitality. 14.01.2022 As we are returning to a somewhat normal way of living, we look back to only a few months ago to when we were in the middle of COVID-19 disruptions. During this time CTA Training Specialist launched an education program called Brainwaves. This program allowed us to team up with some amazing venues and provide training opportunities to keep staff connected, engaged, and invested in their venues whist they were stood down. Our friends at Greenbank RSL recently held a graduation for their staff that completed their Brainwaves Program and along with the venue we could not be more excited for all the graduates.

10.01.2022 Our recent apprentices Nicki Clancy-Whelan and Dylan Murtagh now qualified Chefs Are wowing the crowds at Keppel Bay Sailing Club with some amazing food through their new initiative Apprentice Night. Their two course meals are only $25 and Apprentice Night is held every Thursday from 5:30pm. Be sure to check it our if you are in the area.
