25.01.2022 How long since you last tested or even checked you smoke alarms? In our previous house, 2 of the 3 alarms failed within 5 years during testing. They were considered one of the better brand of alarms too. Your alarms should have a date of manufacture/expiry on them so please check and make sure they are still ok. Fire NSW recommends the following:... Every month: you should test the alarm. Every six months: the alarm should be cleaned. Once a year: the battery should be replaced if it has one. Every 10 years: Replace your smoke alarm. If you are unsure and would like some assistance, please dont hesitate to call us. We can assist in checking, changing or even hard wiring new alarms for you.

24.01.2022 Here is a snap shot from the Reposit App showing the days usage, production and storage of our system. What this shows is our house consumed 21.3kwh for the day and only 2.02kwh of that actually came from the grid. 60.4kwh of Solar power was produced, 11.4kwh of that went into the battery, 38.2kwh went back to the grid and the remaining was consumed by the household.... Any day where you can use what an average household consumes in a day and you still make money instead of spending is a great day!

24.01.2022 Today we finished repairing this offgrid solar system that had failed due to storm damage. A new back up generator & remote monitoring will enable us to keep a close eye over their system. Even after delays outside of our control, our clients have been truly fantastic and so patient, even though they have had heavily reduced power over the last couple of months. Massive thank you also goes to Precision Solar Services. Scott is our resident go to man when it comes to offgrid installations. Yes that one little cabinet replaced all those battery banks!

23.01.2022 Even if you have low power consumption solar can still be a great financial investment. We installed a system for a client 16 months ago and they are definitely our lowest consumers of electricity, due to having gas heating and hot water on top of being very careful with their usage. They contacted us recently to advise their system has already half paid for itself through the savings yielded. The credit on their power bill has even paid for around half of their annual gas bill. The picture is of figures based off their systems performance.

14.01.2022 We recently installed this new tastic and safe to say my wife absolutely loves it. Compared to the previous heat lamp style the difference is amazing. Heats up the bathroom very quickly thanks to the 2kw fan heater while keeping the steam down due to the separate extraction fan. Bathing the kids on a cold winters night definitely wont be an issue with one of these.

12.01.2022 Have you checked if your solar system is working lately? In the last 3 weeks weve inspected 4 systems that have failed. Today we repaired a system where the panels had failed. The original installer no longer exists but luckily for the client the manufacturer honoured the warranty of the panels. It pays to stick with companies that have a good reputation as opposed to the cheapest price. #yougetwhatyoupayfor

12.01.2022 This job really tested us but we stuck at it. Right from the get go its been a challenge, the type of tile definitely threw a spanner in the works. Our goal was to deliver a top quality system and we never compromised. Energised it today after waiting on the retailer to finally upgrade the metering and jumped on board with a switchboard upgrade.

08.01.2022 Already have Solar? How long since you last had your system checked over properly? Is the performance not quite what it used to be? Here is a thermal image we took a couple of days ago. As you can see, the right hand third of the panel is running at a higher temperature. This indicates that there may be a failure with one of the bypass diodes in the panel. Shading of panels is one cause of this. Issues like these can greatly affect your systems overall production. If you would like your system looked over by our professional team give us a call.

During the last couple of days of cloudy & rainy weather this system has outperformed others due to one simple reason, a top quality panel that performs well in low light or poor conditions. 06.01.2022 Here is a solar system we installed recently. 10.5kw system using 330W LG Panels and a 13kwh Opal Storage battery system. This system is controlled using a Reposit Power smart hub which enables the customer to be part of a Virtual Power Plant network. This system also has the ability to run an emergency power supply which enables you to run parts of your house even in a power outage. 05.01.2022 The weather over the last few days definitely presented us with a massive challenge but we prevailed and delivered a 6.6kw system to one happy customer. First days yield of 23kwh was a great result given the amount of cloud cover today. Bring on the sunny days.
