11.01.2022 Craig is doing a live for the Australian Baking Industry. But a lot of the information will be beneficial for all industries.

09.01.2022 Until there is legislative change that makes it worthwhile for employers to engage in Enterprise Bargaining once more, we will continue to see low wage growth and stagnant retail markets. Negotiating Agreements in the current statutory framework is a pointless exercise for employers which leads them down a path of arguing with employees every few years about the quantum of wage rises without being able to discuss workplace flexibility. Without workplace flexibility there is no ability to guarantee wage increases, hence the current stagnant economy. Cutting interest rates is not the only way to improve the economy, and we should stop looking at the Reserve Bank as the key holder to the door of economic recovery.

02.01.2022 The lack of uniformity in our Workplace Health & Safety laws is a major cost to Employers who operate across state borders. The failure of regulators to keep up with changing employment models is a major cost to the families of workers who are killed or injured on unsafe workplaces.

01.01.2022 I think I may need to performance manage my PA... Sleeping on the job and my briefcase.
