08.01.2022 There is no COVID-19 here so we dont need to be as vigilant.... WRONG! We are all a little overloaded with COVID-19 information. HOWEVER, it is still a risk and we still need to be taking notice of updates. Checking every COVID-19 news item may not be good for our mental Health. Though making a plan to check COVID-19 Updates from a reliable source (Queensland Health) on a regular basis is wise. If we follow good Hygenie practices now, everyday, and in every situation,... we will have established good hygiene habits and significantly assist in reducing the spread of COVID-19. Lets not become complacent. Take notice. Be responsible. Take the lead.
