22.01.2022 In this current climate, here is a bit of positive post! This is a project we have just completed in the Kingsborough Precinct in Kingston, ACT for Construction Control. There was a lot of behind the scenes work involved in getting this project over the line, but not only did we keep an extremely high quality in workmanship, but also met every program deadline.... All this couldn't have been done without the support of Castle Construction Supplies, they supplied and organised recycled bricks from melbourne, as well as supplying all other materials needed to complete the project!

19.01.2022 A massive congratulations to Sandy, one of our 1st year apprentices who received the site safety award for the month at the Construction Control project, Atria! Sandy is a single monther/guardian of 7 children and has decided to do an apprenticeship in not only in a male dominated industry, but an even more male dominated trade in Bricklaying. Sandy hasn't missed a beat and continues to improve every day! From all of us here at CTR we would like to congratulate you for this award and such a great start to your apprenticeship, keep up the great work

17.01.2022 Well done to Danny Sheehan for winning the gold medal in the world skills for brick laying ACT and Mayen Mayen winning bronze.... It was a bugger Mayens pants shrunk in the wash, but all in all a good result Danny is off to nationals now, lets hope he can take out the gold there too!!!

11.01.2022 Big congratulations to Michael Warner for taking out the outstanding bricklaying apprentice award at the CITC awards! Mick came to the company with no construction experience, in fact he was actually a qualified mechanic and wanted a new challenge! Safe to say he has smashed that challenge and then some, hasn't skipped a beat since his first day!... Well done Mick and I hope you enjoyed your first fathers day today!

09.01.2022 On the left is Pete's first day on site, the right is today, just by looking at this pic it's pretty obvious how great this industry really is On Friday after close to 50yrs of laying bricks, this young fella is finally hanging up the trowel! For anyone who knows Peter Heydon, they know how much of a truely great and kind man he is. I have never heard him say a bad word about anyone, but more importantly, I have never heard anyone say a bad word about him.... He is honestly the nicest bloke I have ever met. It's been an absolute pleasure having the privilege of working with you mate and wish you nothing but happiness for your retirement! We'll all miss you on site mate!!

05.01.2022 So proud and excited to let everyone know we won the Project of the year at the MCA awards a few weeks ago. This job was a challenge from day 1, but Angelo Plastini and the team absolutely killed it!! So proud of everyone who worked on this project, from 1st year apprentices to guys with 40yrs experience in the industry. Here are a few photo's of the finished product!... Thanks to the MCA, their judges, Paul Barnett the architect, both Austral and PGH bricks, as well as Phil Carey and his team at Total Project Construction.
