19.01.2022 JUNIOR TOUCH - TERM 4 - 13th October We are excited to announce that in conjunction with the NQ Sports Foundation Move It Programme currently conducted at Defiance Mill Park during school term, junior touch will commence on Tuesday 13th October. Junior touch will run every Tuesday during the school term for school age children from age 6 upwards. It is envisaged that age groups will be broken up into different skill levels and the aim is that each child will have increas...ed their knowledge of touch over the term and more importantly have fun playing touch! There will be a permission slip that will need to be signed by the parent/guardian of each participant involved in the programme. As touch will be part of the Move It programme, there will be no cost. Please register your interest here if you would like your child to be involved in the Tuesday Touch programme.

19.01.2022 A reminder that all players must register online to their respective teams. Your registration payment at the kiosk is only part of the process. This is very important for insurance/liability purposes. Registration payments need to be made, if a player plays for your team unregistered/non financial, your team risks forfeiting their points.

18.01.2022 JUNIOR TOUCH BREAK UP Just a reminder that this afternoon is the last afternoon for junior touch for the year. We will play a quick game of touch and then enjoy the breakup with a sausage sizzle and some goodies provided by the NQ Games Foundation. We look forward to seeing you all there this afternoon.

Next week will just be a fun afternoon with a half an hour of touch and then a sausage sizzle and some goodies courtesy of the North Queensland Sports Foundation.

01.01.2022 Please come and support your Club even if your team isn't competing in the Finals tonight. It has been a tough year for all sporting clubs due to Covid so your support tonight would really be appreciated as we were only able to hold one season this year. We have a fully stocked bar and burgers for sale as well as the normal beverages on sale. Don't forget if your team is in contention for best team shirt, you will need to have some representation at the finals to be in contention of the prizes. We will have independent judges make the decision.
